HARD BUT REWARDABLE

Word for you. A quick reminder and admonition. Know that as a believer, Allah wants the best for you, and you can’t but pass through some certain test as evident in Q29:vs2 when Allah says ”Do people think that they will be let go merely by saying: “We believe,” and that they will not be tested?”

Let’s reflect from the life of our beloved prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), He lost his son before the day of Eid and he had to lead the Eid prayer. Engulfed in grief, he did not ask anyone to lead the prayer in his stead, he led the prayer in pain and sorrow and He was granted Al-khaothar.

ÃSIA, Fir’aun’s wife. Fir’aun cut off her breasts simply because she accepted and believed in the God of Musa(ALLAH). Mysterious! Instead of crying whilst cutting her breast, ASIA was smiling. Do you know why?? Allah granted her something, He granted her As-sakeenah(tranquility), for Allah made her know that He was with her and verily, that was enough for her to smile. She then asked for a house beside Allah and her request was granted.

Prophet AAYUB( PBUH ) was sick for more than 7years. He lost everything he possessed, he endured the pain until the very last hour when it (the pain) almost broke his life chain, he neither questioned ALLAH nor gave up on his faith. He never submitted to the advances of Shaytan. Rather, he says Alhamdulillahi robil aalameen. He turned to Allah at the last minute of hope for heal, and Allah did not only heal him of his grave ailment, He returned his possessions in Manifolds. I personally respect and admire prophet AAYUB. I learnt alot from his story, he was such a great and persevered leader which made Allah bless him beyond his expectations.

Many successful stories about those with utmost sabr and forbearance but to tell a few.

Allah could grant you paradise on earth if you can do these hard but Rewardable things during hardship.

These are what our leaders did

*They were patient.
*They didn’t question Allah.
*They were grateful.
*They accept their Qodar.
*They always seek for forgiveness.
*They repented quickly.
*They didn’t lie, backbite or slander.
*They were humble and respectful.

It’s a must you do these things to be a successful muslim or muslimah, although they could be hard, they are immensely rewardable.

May Allah make it easy for everyone of us.
